One of the most expected cars for 2011 is the next-generation of the Honda Civic, but it appears that the waiting will be over in January, at the 2011 North American International Auto Show when a concept version of the new car will be unveiled.

Honda officially announced today the new concept and also released the first sketch with the new concept. As you can see, the concept version, which is believed to be very close to the production version, shows a sleek and aerodynamic profile.

Furthermore, Honda also announced that the production version of the ninth-generation Civic, which will be offered as a 2012 model, will go on sale in spring 2011.
