The Jetta, named by Volkswagen after the Jet Stream, is the sedan version of Volkswagen's innovative compact the Golf. The Jetta, developed for the North American market, is an upscale model with nicer interior trim, a trunk, and a slightly higher price than the Golf.

1.6 L Tradeline has powerful engine that delivers smooth and pleasant ride. The fuel efficient petrol version can cross 0-100 kmph in just 12.2 seconds and at the top speed it can reach 186 kmph. It can give the average mileage of 8.9 km per liter in city and 13.1 km per liter in highways.

The new 2.0 Liter common rail diesel engine has sporty five-speed manual gearbox. It gives the mileage of 11.4 km/l in city and 14 km/l in highway. Jetta 2.0 can reach 0-100 kmph in just 11.9 seconds and can reach 196 kmph at top speed.

Exterior, Interior and Safety

The car has sleek body that resembles Passat sportier version. The chrome coated front radiator grille has VW logo in its center. LED tail lamps at the rear and twin-eyed headlamps at the front add appeal to its exterior. Furthermore dual-tip chrome and 16 inch multi-spoke alloy wheel add additional attraction to its exterior.

The sedan has a lavish interior that makes the passengers relaxed even at heavy traffic.
